Creating Filters to Prevent Messages from Going to Spam

In the video tutorial, I mention you can select multiple messages to create the filter with. If you do select multiple, they must be from the same sender, and it's better to just select one, as there is no need to select multiple.

How to Submit a Tech Support Ticket with School Dude

We are going to start using tickets to keep track of tech support issues and hopefully save our sanity. Instead of emailing tech support issues, you should submit a ticket, unless something totally prevents you from submitting a ticket. Once you submit a ticket you will get updates via email on the status of the ticket.
We will still prioritize tickets based on the current needs of the day from high priority to low priority.
